The Scenario

Faced with looming retirements, the talent management arm of a regional government, was tasked with supporting emerging leaders development for more than 25 ministries. Preparing high potential contributors for manager-level roles is critical to meeting their strategic goals, objectives, and organizational responsibilities.

 

The Solution

Right Management  created and developed a multi-module development program that aligns with the organization’s unique leadership requirements, such as inclusive and empathetic leadership. The program is a blended learning development experience that includes on the job assignments, learning modules, peer learning and a capstone leadership challenge. Over 750 participants have gone through the program to date.  The client has chosen to partner with Right Management for over eight years in developing this important talent segment. 

 

The Outcome

  • Leaders continued to see program participant performance improve– rating the impact of the program even higher 6-month post-completion.
  • The program has consistently received satisfaction ratings between 90-95%.
