The client, a healthcare organization with over 90,000 employees globally was restructuring in two divisions, which led to a reduction in force. The program included workshops in personal branding, resume development, interviewing skills, and 1:1 career coaching support. Over 2,000 impacted employees took advantage of the mobility & change services; many were able to land within the organization and get better paying positions.
